Thank you for considering membership with the Commerce and Management Association of India (CMAoI). This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing membership fees and requests for refunds. By becoming a member of CMAoI, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
CMAoI offers three types of membership categories: individual, institutional, and patron. The membership fees for each category are clearly stated on our website. These fees are utilized to support our initiatives, programs, and activities dedicated to the advancement of commerce and management education, research, and practice in India.
Once a membership fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for individual or institutional membership fees.
For patron memberships, we understand that circumstances may arise that warrant a refund. If a patron member wishes to request a refund, the following conditions apply:
- The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the membership payment.
- The refund will be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Membership fees for individual and institutional memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Patron members who wish to cancel their membership should contact us at [contact@cmaoi.org](mailto:contact@cmaoi.org) with their cancellation request. The following conditions apply:
- The cancellation request must be made within 30 days of the membership payment.
- A processing fee will be deducted from the membership fee before the refund is issued.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
